We will have the Brooks Paul Short site http://www.paulshortxcrun.com ready for final entries and for payment processing on Saturday, September 1 through September 21st. By Payment Processing we mean that you will let us know how you are planning to pay. We accept Visa or Mastercard. You can enter the info on our secure server. If need be you can mail in a check. The mailing address will be provided on the site and by means of a confirmation email. I hope to be able to email you that the payment was received but at the least you will be able to follow on the Register, Lists and Forms section via the Fees Due and Paid Report. Please note that most payments will not be deposited for several days after your initial processing.
To process your payment, go to the Register, Lists and Forms section and click on your school's name. Enter your password (probably your email address) and you will be taken to the enter names page. As of 9/1 you will see a Do Payment button in the upper left. Click on it and you will be taken to the Payment Processing page. On this page you should double check all of the school and coach information and then do the credit card processing at the bottom. Click on the appropriate button at the bottom to finish the process. If you process your payment and subsequently add new runners, returning to this page will show how much was processed earlier and how much is due now.
Team and Individual Fees for this year-
HS Team- $100 per gender.
College team- $150 per gender.
$10 per runner in excess of 7 per gender.
Be sure to process genders separately.
HS Teams must also printout, fill in and bring to the meet, the HS Waiver found on the site.
